Our 3rd dormitory project is a high end dormitory located just outside BGC business district and is not open for investment. The property were located strategically beside BGC, just a few minutes away from the business district.

It's lot area is 300 sqm and built area is 200sqm. We have 6 levels for a total built area of ~1,000 sqm.
